Hi everyone
For some reason, I NEED to have all the latest...hottest health/'diet' books....
My recent picks were the Dr Oz book and the Bob Greene book...neither I have read...they are sitting on my bookshelf..with a 2 1/2 and 4 yr old time for reading is limited
Since finding this site, using the food journal etc, I've gone from 155 to 145...
Just wondering if anyone else likes to stock up n my book...anything I should ad to my current collection...LOL
Seriously, the best book I purchased years ago (bk- before kids) was Thin Tastes Better...I was wondering if it was worth getting the more recent edition

I love weight loss books/ motivation books. I havent bought one in awhile, but I love going through my old ones and re-reading them.

I'm an addict. I have the Oz/Roizen books. Read one of the Bob Green books. Read a Covert Baily book. Getting a text book in the mail soon. Read the Edell books. Read the Mindless Eating and Omnivore's Dilemma books most recently. Never read Thin Tastes Better...0
