so, I completed run 2 of week 6 today. I've read comments from others that at around this stage they've been finding the walking intervals an annoyance. this is not the case with me and, in fact, I was very glad of the walking interval today. so my question is, should I repeat week 6 and hope I get to this point next week or do I press on and trust that I can manage the longer runs. I did manage and even quite enjoy the 20 minutes at the end of week 5, or am I overthinking. any thoughts?

    I am in totally the same place, and my plan is to continue to plan, so my next run on moday I'll be doing week 6 run 3 :) I have decided I will only ever repeat a day if I can't complete it, so hard as it was, seeing as I completed w6r2, I will be moving on :)
