I recently went on a 6 week vacation in 3 Asian countries. I went on a vacation to experience the local life, not as much as going on a spending spree. The experience changed my life even though I didn't stay there for that long. People over there don't have much stuff because it's not affordable and they aren't as materialistic. They live much simpler lives than we do here in America. I'm sure life is harder in a 3rd world country but they looked more happier with what they have.

While on vacation I heard this quote so many times "I want to live in America, you guys have everything there" It's true, we do have everything here from cars, smartphones, luxuary clothing..etc.

I lived out of my luggage for 6 weeks with only my clothing, camera, and a laptop. I never felt so free and happy in my life.

What do you guys think of living minimal?

I'd love to be there. .

I bought one $1 lottery ticket last week and while I was in line someone asked me if I'd leave if I won. I said, "I'd just close my door and walk away, honestly." Someone said, "Put the house on craigslist." Yup. Free.
