any good weights/strength training dvds??

Hello I have started mfp 2 weeks ago lost 6 pound so far ( go me) lol I currently am doing 2 hrs cardio 4 times a week. And doing my own strength training 2 times a week for an hour but I don't feel I'm getting the most out of my weight training so I was wondering if any of you would no a really good strength/ weights dvd I don't really want steps or moving about just pure lifting I've done 30 day shred but feel I need more I am also a 21 year old female and from the uk any info would be brill

When you say no moving, are you opposed to stuff like weighted squats and lunges? I just got Bob Harper's Pure Burn, Super Strength. Hey thanks ill have a look at it no I don't mind squats or anything. I mean like jumping jacks or cardio mixed with strength I just want strength with no cardio as I do a lot of cardio throughout the week I want something really challanging with good results0

Tamilee Webb's DVD's are great - but i suggest heavier weights if you don't find it challenging enough!!0
