Normally I loathe the treadmill

I have been a runner for 15 yrs. I started by walking, then walk,jogging on a treadmill. Then I started running outside and I was hooked....learned to loathe treadmil. I decided to add weights to my workout routine so I joined a Gym..due to time constraints I cannot run outside then go to the Gym....so 2 days a week I go to the gym to do weights and then run on the treadmill for 1 hour......much to my surprise...speedwork is easier on a treadmill and my average running pace has improved. I now find myself looking forward the the challenge of the treadmill.

  • I don't run...I walk outside, inside(videos)...I get dizzy on treadmills. never got the hang of it. but I do love recummbant bikes.
