just wondering if this has happened to anyone, about a month - month half ago i went from netting maybe 1000 calories a day to actually consuming 2000+ (2400 ish for about a week) needed to gain weight, && went from 105 to now being 111. when i first did it, it was a struggle getting the calories in started going from 1 hr + cardio a day to only 2 mile runs & 4 days of weight lifting.
while i did gain some muscle i must say , all of a sudden i was hungry ALL THE TIME it seemed like my stomach was a bottomless pit. these past two days though (minus i made myself yesterday) it seems like im not really that hungry compared to about 2 weeks ago. 2050-2070 calories makes me full. & im wondering if anyone else has been like this & why? am i finding my calorie need for my body while working out now?
my routine has changed this past week a lot. its now about 3.5 days of full weights (1/2 day is 30 min legs, other 3 are 50 min) && then 2 hour long cycle classes (i burn only 255 calories / hour compared to when i burned 300 per 28 min run)
thoughts are that since im now working out less cardio wise & doing more weights im just not as hungry since im actually burning less (even though it seems like my cardio tech is more, just biking doesnt give me fast burns as my sprints)
i just want to make sure im going to maintain my weight. this week its been about 110.5-111.5 today 112 so im thinking im good.
