Not getting enough calories...

Hi everyone,
I'm supposed to eat approx. 1200 calories a day, but I always seem to fall very short. When eating healthy I'm just not hungry enough to eat more food which causes me not to reach my caloric intake goal, which I'm scared is putting a pause on my weight loss. Any tips on how I can eat more, or anything else helpful?

This same topic is on here all the time, you can search for it with the search function. Eat nuts, peanut butter, avocado, good oils, blah, blah, blah. Or just don't go so strict, eat a little of what you used to, I'm sure most people don't get fat eating under 1200.

Eat 6 small meals per day rather than 3 larger meals per day. Most liely your stomach has shrunk and does not get full as quickly as it once did.

I'm glad I had a read of the new topics first before posting this exact problem.

I didn't realise it was a problem as such. I didn't realise how "easy" it was to eat so little and feel ok about it.

There are quite a few calorie dense foods that are healthy, peanuts, olive oil... I'm sure there are lots of examples on search
