how people that are overweight complain that they "can't eat over 1200 calories" or they "just aren't hungry enough to eat all the recommended calories" for ****s sake how did you do it before and how did you get to the weight that you hate? I just don't understand... shouldn't you be HAPPY that you don't want to eat that much??? If I'm wrong which I know I'm not please somebody clarify because I'm sitting here shaking my head in confusion!!!!

I get it. I used to be able to put away a large big Mac meal from McD's as well as extra cheeseburger. Pushing the 1200+ cals just there alone. Let alone the rest of the crap I'd eat for the day. Now I clean eat at around 1100 cals a day and can struggle with that.

It's just I'm making smarter food choices that fill me up quicker and longer, instead of filling me up for a short while.

its kind of a yes and no answer. When I workout, I workout like a beast and endup burning upto 2k+ calories. Which means I have to eat back a total of 4k calories. Now, just because I got this many calories doesnt mean I am going to ruin my hard work by simply goign to a burger joint just for the sake of filling out my calories. I am going to eat to properly fuel myself. Which means eating home cooked meals that includes lots of lean meat, nuts, fruits and veggies. You should know that thats ALOT of food to eat if you're eating clean at even 2k calories, let alone when you're eating back the exercise calories.
