How to track weekly intakes?

Hello,
Being relatively new I've not figured out how to track my intake/exercise over a weekly period yet. Is there a way to do this? Look at a whole week to see what has averaged out or what patterns I have formed?
Thanks.

The iPhone will give you weekly calories, but I am not aware of any way to do it on the web site.0
