Morning
I have lost over 30lbs and now sitting around 222lbs. I only really done cardio but it is starting to take its toll on my knees.
So i have started to read up on this Rippentoes Starting strength and was wondering something.
He claims that you should do 5 x 5 etc.
So does that mean i try to lift as heavy as possible so that i am struggling to lift the final set etc or not
I am trying to lose weight still
Thanks inadvance

It matters what lift you do. Usually you should start light and work your way up. If you can't do 5x5 in the beginning it means your lifting too heavy.0
