Yogurt Dip

I can be a bit of a condiment *kitten*, so this dip comes in handy as a mayo replacement in sandwiches. And of course it's ace for dipping vegetable sticks or rice crackers! This recipe makes around 10 tablespoons at around 10 calories/spoonful. Takes like 2 minutes to make. First though, you need to mix up a jar of "all-purpose spice mix" (also takes like 2 minutes), which for me is:

- 2 TB oregano
- 1 TB garlic salt
- 1 TB onion powder
- 1 TB dried parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp celery salt

I keep this in a jar in my pantry and use it for all sorts of things. Anyway on to the yogurt dip:

- 200 g non-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 TB all-purpose spice mix

Stir it all up. Done.
