Does anyone else question if the "allotted calories" for you are the right amount? I've compared between several websites and they range from 1350(MFP)-2000. I know 2000 is too much, but how do you know which is accurate?

The difference is , MFP does not include exercise and the other sites you looked at probably do. By the time you add in the exercise calories the 2 figures may not be that different.
Personally, yes I did query mine as the 1200 was too low for me. I now eat at TDEE less 20% as I think the percentage method is better than a straight 500/1000 deduction.0
