    hey, that's exactly what i did with one of my mfp friends, it makes it that much more personal, like you can relate to it, make it real. it was helpful for me, so I hope it is helpful for you!

    100 pounds in 8 months!!! how did you do that? I have the same amount of weight to loose and I am wondering what to do for the exercices what was your routine at the gym? You should be so proud of yourself! can't wait to do the same!
