The blog follows my road to becoming a fully qualified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor and Fitness Model after adopting a new, healthy outlook on life (lost over 4 stone since Last October). The blog will the basis for my PT business once I've passed the Future Fit course
With retail and design businesses to run, two kids to cater for and the stresses of modern day life to cope with, as well studying and training, I hope it becomes an inspiration for others to proceed to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and rise to new challenges no matter what circumstances or state of mind they find themselves in.
I've added some of the healthy meal photos/stats and before/after shots so far. Still need to add posts covering last six months regarding supplements, super foods, training regimes, Personal Trainer course, GNR2012 and exercise equipment etc. But nevertheless it's a good start.
Anyone of a like mind who wants to make contact please feel free to add me as a friend... Hope you find it of interest!
