54 years and need to lose another 20 lbs

Hi, all. I have lost 10 pounds since Feb 14 by working out and eating a high protein, low carb diet. Just took my photos of 45 days into it, and was amazed at how heavy I still look! Somehow I look a lot better in my mirror than in the photos. :-( But in any case I am enthused by the 10 pound weight loss so far, and I'm ready to get rid of another 20. My goal is to lose 10 more by the time I go on vacation in May.
