Cut cycle and calories burn

I am only 1 week into my cut cycle and my calories burn is way down,almost half it was before the cut and it is true for strength and cardio. Is that normal or should I up my calories?

I was pretty weak at the beginning of my cut cycle... my lifts were staying the same and I had to deload some too. I kind of fell off the wagon this week for a few days (food wise) and my lifts were back up again. People say it's pretty normal to be weaker during a cut cycle... sucks, but it's pretty normal. I've also stopped running and cut down on my burns. I walk on an incline now rather than run to preserve a little more energy.
I totally suck at a calorie deficit. I'm always hungry and weak. I've made my deficit a little smaller in order to cut down on the hunger...0 -
