Hello - my name is Jenny and i've been on this site about two weeks....such a help! now that i have the hang of it i would love some company on my way to try and get healthy! I'm 38 and started about 5 years ago at 256 pounds. it took me about 5 years to get to 205, so its been a long journey. This site seems to be speeding up that journey and I'm thinking it's just the kick in the pants i need....because i still am only half way there! Good luck to all the amazing women and men out there, i'm so inspired by you ALL :)

Hey you! Wow, you already lost 50 pounds, that's great! I'm also quite new on mfp and I am having some problems with keeping my diet clean (especially the days after I went out drinking (I'm a college student :-) ) I crave lots of unhealthy food) and motivating myself to exercise. I know how it works but it's really hard to stick to it. If you want, feel free to add me so we can support and motivate each other!

Welcome to the MFP family! You have done a great job so far in wanting to lose some weight and to get to a healthy you! Great news is you are half way there, instead of being at the beginning of your journey. Lots of support here and great positive motivation.

    Best of luck to you!

I started about 2 years ago slowly losing weight, and went from 228 down to 203, up to 210, down to 205, up to 210, down to 204, you get the picture.

In the last month, I got serious about wanting to get rid of the weight and started using MFP everyday, and working out on a regular basis, and I'm down under 200 for the first time in about 4 years. MFP is wonderful for keeping yourself accountable, and helping you really pay attention.

Feel free to add me if you want some encouragement.

    Oh, and I'm also Jenny!

Feel free to add me. I am a 35 year old working mom of two kids, one is 5 months old. I am a third of the way down on my 60 lb goal. Currently training to run my first ever 5k. I log daily and keep my diary open for accountability. Hopefully we can inspire each other on our journeys. Best of luck to you!
