Do you make your worst eating decisions on the days you don't exercise???

I don't get why on days I don't exercise, I eat like crap and want EVERYTHING under the sun (or so it feels like)? But on days I exercise, I tend to eat WAY cleaner?

Am I alone?

    I do too. It's because I know I don't have to work, so I start looking for other things to do... and oh, hey, look at the food!

    I am so the same way too... why is this I wonder? Maybe because if we exercise hard we dont want to blow it?? I dont know... but you are not alone.

    Yup, I'm the same way.

    I think for me, though, it's because exercise suppresses my appetite, so I'm not as hungry on days when I'm running or working out more. The days when I take a break and my body is recovering, I think it craves more "bad" things, because it's in recovery mode, and just wants the energy.

    Actually I'm in worse shape when I get a little exercise but not enough. Like tonight I only got about ten minutes worth and ever since I've been starving! All I want is some toast, butter, and jelly. So far, I have resisted.
