Hey all I had a quick question, maybe you could give me your opinion.

If you do the technique listed in the In place of a road map post, even though you don't eat your exercise calories do you still log them in MFP? I just found it confusing when I did log my exercise. I know how many calories a day I am allowed using that plan, but it irks me that the big green "Calories Remaining" isnt accurate. Am I making sense?

Maybe theres a setting here that I am missing because I am new, Im not sure. But I find it convenient to be able to tell at a glance of my home page how many cals I have left. Instead of "Well, the big green number says 1800, but I have to subtract 300 for the cardio I did, etc etc".

I thought a possible solution would be just not tracking the exercise, that way it will just stick to the calories I am allowed day to day. I guess I am asking what you all do?

if you still wanted to log your exercise for info, you can add in the activity but change the calories burned to 1, so it doesn't add to your intake.

Yeah that's a good idea, I think thats what I might do because I want to track my exercise, I just dont want the calories to be added.
