Guessing caloric value of food!

Hi Guys,

I made vegetable parcels using potato+tomato+lady fingers in filo pastry. I cannot find any source for the calorie content of these.
I wonder if some else has had this problem as well?
What do you do if you do not know the caloric content of a food item. Would you put in individual ingredients or would you just make a guess?

Thanks for your advice.

If you made it yourself, go to the recipe tab and add it up. I freaking love that tool, I use it daily.

I'd guess......unless it's something you plan to have on a regular basis, then it would be worth it to enter it as a Recipe or a Meal and then you could use it again at a later date.

As Hollybot said, enter each ingredient (I hope that you measured or weighted everything), under "enter new recipe." I will stay there for the next time that you want to make it again,

Thanks friends, I am going to use My Recipe feature a lot more now. I am lucky to be here on MFP :-)
