Before or after

I am curious, to know when its best to work out. Before or after you eat? Or dont it really matter. I did a good 35 minute walk this morning so I have cals to eat Easter dinner. I am done eating and I feel so......ugh. Felt like I gained 20 pounds. Yes, I did stay under my cals though. But I am just wondering how every one else works it.

It's really a matter of comfort.
I prefer to run on an empty stomach, during the week my shorter runs will be right after rolling out of bed. I'll eat before my longer Sunday runs but wait at least a couple of hours before heading out the door.
Walking tends to bounce stuff around less, a nice walk after a big dinner can help you feel less bloated.0 -
I have to exercise on a mostly empty stomach, otherwise I get really nauseous. If I eat dinner at 6, I will wait 2 hours.0
