Does anyone keep track of # of servings daily?

What I mean is--we know how many carbs/prot/fat grams we require but should we also think about how many servings of milk, fruit, vegetables, meat/nonmeat protein?

    The only thing I count is veggies servings. I have no problem meeting my protein, fats, carbs. I make sure to have a minimum of 5 servings of veggies and fruit daily.
  • I do not--I try to have balanced meals and just meet my calorie targets.

    I do. I personally think it is more accurate. :D
