Getting Rid of Pesky Lovehandles

I'm a little concerned that my goals of a bikini ready body will be crushed by those annoying bulges sticking out from above my swimsuit bottom. Any exercises that target that area in particular would be appreciated, maybe even a little work out? Any help would be fully appreciated and I'll be sure to bless your soul if I can one day wear skinny jeans & a crop top with pride. :flowerforyou:

You just have to eat extremely clean and keep losing weight. That's all you can do.0

I agree with the last post. I have been reading on it.... just make sure to have some weight training in with cardio....0

I have a problem spot to (saddlebags) which I'd love to get rid of, but I'm told that only weight reduction will work. You cannot direct fat loss thru exercise. The most you can do is exercise your largest muscles to reap the most calorie burn, but your body is going to burn fat where it burns it, in the order it chooses, not you.0

Despite what the infomercials say, there is no targeted workout for weight loss. Now, there's ab training, upper body, etc. for targeting muscles, but where the fat comes off is universal across your entire body, so don't believe the myths that say otherwise. Just keep losing weight by eating right and exercising, and your whole body will be lean. Good luck!0
