HI, I am new here, My name is Danielle...I am trying lose too (obviously lol) I started WW in Jan and lost 15 lbs...then I switched to counting calories and cutting out sugar and carbs. I started out at 200 lbs and am not 177 (might gain tomorrow tho) and my first mini goal is 160 but ultimately for a healthy BMI I need to be 145.
