If it were easy everyone would do it...

Hi all! I am been doing MFP since Feb. 20 when my husband told me that I needed to lose weight and become sexually attractive again. I have lost 16 pounds so far and feel great. I am looking for some great tips on food to eat, exercise and finds to keep me motivated. I am very happy my husband gave me the jump start, but now it is all about me! I deserve to be sexy and healthy!
