Looking for help/ideas of eating schedules

I am in need of some help trying to figure out how best to schedule eating. I work at a desk job and find that if I eat breakfast and then lunch I do ok at work but by the time I get home I find I am consistently hungary for the rest of the evening. I seems to eat well during the week days but go to pieces in the evenings and on the weekends if I am at home and not active. Can anyone give any advice that seems to work for them?

If you are overly hungry in the evening then why don't you have a snack during the afternoon?0

Here's my rough schedule:
6:30 AM breakfast
9 AM snack
11:30 PM lunch
2 PM snack
5 PM dinner
7:30 PM snack (sometimes)
I eat small meals frequently to avoid drops in blood sugar, being super hungry and then overeating. I too have a desk job.0 -
I too have a schedule..
7:30-Breakfast
10:30-snack
12:45-lunch
3:30-snack if hungry
5:30-dinner
I don't eat past 7 so this is pretty much my schedule. I find that if I keep my schedule I'm never "starving" when it comes time to eat my meal..which in turn means better choices and more portion control.. If I'm starving..NO doubt I will overeat0
