what to do with all those easter eggs

those of you who decided to color eggs, i want to know how you plan to use the eggs..are you just going to eat them boiled, or make egg salads, etc..we have 2 dozen so i need some ideas :wink: hope everyone had a happy easter:drinker:

    Probably egg salad and I love boiled eggs on lettuce salads! Yummy!

    I always have a carton of boiled eggs in the fridge for the kids and I to snack on. I sometimes eat one for breakfast with a smoothie (on the side, not in it of course. LOL!). I also enjoy them on salads.
