Fell off the wagon...

trying to get back on. Havent gained any weight back yet but i havent been logging anything, havent been working out and have just generally been eating whatever i feel like. No good at all. Looking for people that may be in the same situation.

    Kudos to you for getting back on the wagon! I have about 110 pounds to lose, and it can be so daunting and frustrating. Last fall I lost 15 pounds, was eating healthy and logging my food, and going to exercise classes every day. Then I fell off the wagon. The "I'll start again tomorrow" lasted 4 months, and now I've gained back the 15 lbs PLUS another 10! Ugh. So that is very cool that you are getting back in the swing of things! Best of luck to you :)
