Make It Fun

Hey people,
I have found it hard to keep motivated but there is a great App for Smartphones available that not a lot of people use. its called Endomondo. Free, Fun, (more options for paid subscription but really not needed)
The online page is also great and user friendly. If you don't have a smart phone you can track your workouts manually. Save routes and routines to save logging times. If you do have a smartphone it will log it in real time and gives you the option to post it to your other social networks (ie facebook twitter etc) to help broadcast your efforts and increase awareness of your hard work.
I started walking in September 2011 to keep my mind occupied after the loss of a close friend and before long found out I was shedding pounds. By combining this website and Endomondo I have found a combination that works for me and thought I would share it with you all.
Here is a link to my recently formed group "The Burners" We are a walking group and look forward to working with our online friends to make our lives better.

Feel free to join up. Only takes a few mins and you will see the difference in your mood and health in a few short weeks of walking.
Take it from me. I was a couch potato, xbox junkie. Now i'm down 24 lbs and dont want to stop!
Best of luck to all and I hope this helps some of you out
Cheers - Mase
