:smile: y after 6.. After 6 means u will not eat anything heavy foods after 6 pm.. In dinner.. I eat earlier than 6pm.. It also helps me to lose weight.. If i feel hungry around 7 8 or 9pm, i just drink water or tea.. Im not encourage anyone to do this. It still depends on you on what type of diet you want to do on yourself.. Workout or exercise will not work if you dont discipline yourself in your food intake.. To lose weight, you should combine exercise and diet.

    It is true.You got to compromise to keep your food intake and exercise together to make it work.I agree on what you wrote on no food after six.
