Someone mentioned on the message board a while ago that having porridge and bacon in the morning keeps you full for ages and YAY I finally tried it and it works sooo well! I used to only have porridge and thought it would keep me full for ages because it's full of fibre but it didn't at all. But by eating a SINGLE piece of bacon (in a slice of brown toast) as well (and I even managed to cut my porridge serving in half - I'd always had to eat two servings before!) it filled me up at the time, and I'm only just starting to get hungry now it's lunch time! I was constantly having to fight hunger before. So, to however it was that suggested it, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!!
