the 160 bump

So ive lost 15lbs already but every time i get to 160 i have a hard time getting into the 150s i cant even make to 159.....i just keep getting toone sixty either staying there or getting up again does anyone have any suggestions :(

    I'm there with you. I just recently got myself to 158, but I fluctuate between that and 162...what worked for me initially was continuing to to hit my calorie goal every day as well as I can and hitting the gym at least 3 times a week, making sure to get strength training in as well as cardio. I know. Not much different than what you've heard and read EVERYWHERE but that's all I really have for suggestions. But, as I said, I am not very consistent as of late. It's much harder once you get down to a low-enough weight to lose more. My trainer told me it's going to take longer to see the weight come off now that I've lost 13 lbs and am down to the 160-range.
