Daily Challenge

I was thinking about starting this thread for a different challenge everyday just to keep some variety in our lives. Each morning I'll post what the challenge is for that day, then we'll post if we were able to do it. Examples would be - drink 8 glasses of water, eat 5 fruits & veggies, get 20 min of activity, etc. Hopefully the more we do each thing, it will become more of a healthy habit.
