Passover?

For those of you celebrating Passover, what do your snacks look like? I usually rely on hummus and cut up veggies for my afternoon snack, but it's kitniyot. In the morning I usually have fruit and almonds, so I don't want to eat more nuts in the afternoon. What does everyone else eat?

I'm eating charoset and matzo crackers, hummus and veggies, marinara and mozzarella on matzo (like a little pizza!), as well as jam or cream cheese on matzo, lots of soy (I'm a vegetarian) and fruit!

Thanks! I can't do soy because it's kitniyot and I'm Ashkenazi. If I could stick with hummus and peanut butter (not together!), then I'd be fine! I guess I'll have to succumb to the matzah...
