I'm on week 4 of insanity but I notice I'm not getting good results with my weight lost. My calorie intake is set for 1510 and with the added credit for my workout I'm around 2000 calories daily. Is it safe to eat less calories to get a better results? My goal is to loose 30lbs with my first 60 day challenge of insanity. I want to do two rounds. Any advise would be useful.

i would say maybe chnge it to lose 2lbs per week and still eat back your workout calories but once you get to 20lbs left to lose change it back to lose 1lb per week.0

That's probably about right. I upped mine to 1800 net when I was doing Insanity. I might suggest that your weight loss goal is a bit aggressive - 30 lbs. in 60 days would average more than 2 lbs. a week. Perhaps you should aim a bit lower; Insanity is hard on the body and you need to keep up your calories.0
