Measurements up?

I took my measurements today to compare with last month. Some are the same and but my hip measurement was bigger by 1/2 inch. I feel better and I think I look better naked by a small margain - but still. Is there a reason my hips got bigger?

    I don't have an answer for you, but I have the same issue. I was measuring myself this weekend and I've lost an inch and a half off my waist in the past 3 weeks, but my hips have gotten about a half in bigger. I guess that explains why my pants haven't gotten looser all around. Hopefully someone will have an explanation for both of us. :)

    Hopefully. Might be wishful thinking, but my butt looks like it's "lifting", maybe that's where the extra came from? :)
