Too Much Vitamin A?

Hi - not quite certain where to post this, so if I have to move, please let me know.

Yesterday I had a LOT of Vitamin A. Well, I ate poorly yesterday anyway, but in the evening I had a massive migraine. One that made me want to throw up. Then I was thinking maybe I should check out my diary and see if I had too much sugar or something. I realized going through my past logged days...the culprit didn't really relate to sugar, but the ones where I had too much Vitamin A are the days when I've had horrible headaches.

Does this happen to anyone else? Is excess Vitamin A known to cause this? Obviously I will watch my intake & see if this improves my headaches. I just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue or noticed it. Thanks!

I have heard about people who died from vitamin A overdose from eating polar bear liver. Headache, muscle weakness, blurred vision, those are all symptoms. If lowering your vitamin A intake stops your headache, then that could be it.
