Well, I went and had my body fat tested using the Bod Pod. It was really pretty cool.

I had the Bod Pod and a fitness assessment.

My home scale with body fat measuring said that I was 36% body fat. I am extremely pleased to report that the scale is not accurate. The Bod Pod measured me at 29% body fat! Yippee!!!!

I'm still not satisfied with that number. I am hoping to get closer to 20% BF.

I highly recommend finding a Bod Pod near you if you want to find out your real BF%.

The fitness assessment showed that my aerobic fitness is "excellent" but I "need work" in flexibility. All-in-all very informative.

I plan on going back in 6 months or so and getting re-tested.

    I've always wanted to try one of those! They have them at my university for research...I wonder how much it would cost to get tested??? Congrats on ur BF loss!!!

    The Bod Pod test was $50 plus $30 for the fitness assessment. I've seen where a lot of universities only charge around $30 for the Bod Pod. To me it was worth it.
