Just an engineer here who never paid any attention to fitness or eating habits and got motivated recently to change all that. I'm 8 weeks into eating right and exercising- and have gone from 230 to 205 lbs. - with another 35 (or more) to go.
I've been spending a lot of time on here lurking and reading - trying to learn as much as I can to make sure I'm losing the weight healthily. First pass I might be going too fast, but feel good and am not starving myself or anything.
Anyway - just thought I'd say hey.
