So I started my journey to health when I stepped on the scale and hit 165 pounds. The number terrified me and I knew my cholesterol was through the roof.

A month later I found this site and had worked off 10 pounds.
Here's me at around 155

I'm in the green shirt.

And here is now at 146

Hopefully the pics posted right >.< first time ever posting a pic!

Goal weight is at 125-130 lbs depending. So 15-20 more pounds to go! I see it taking 2-3 more months tops, since it's taken about 4 to drop the first 20 pounds. :)

Congrats to everyone, and good luck on your journeys too!

Nice job! I weight 153 right now, and my goal weight is 135lbs. I am trying to get rid of my pregnancy fat too. I had my son three months ago. I hope to get rid that nasty saggy belly of mine lol. I know its loose skin but it's not attractive. Keep up the work. I need some motivation since I pretty much work out by my self. :)

I've been doing a lot of "strength" stuff with squats and crunches, I have noticed it's been helping "hold" my tummy in a lot more ^.^
I work out alone too, sometimes getting motivated is tough!!
