chocolate bagel!

This isn't healthy, but soooo good --

1. Toast a plain bagel
2. Spread one half with a little neufchatel or fat-free cream cheese
3. On the other half, poke three dark chocolate kisses into the bagel, evenly spaced
4. Put the two halves together and wait for the chocolate to melt, then eat it like a sandwich

FYI -- one dark chocolate kiss is approximately 20 calories, so it's not that bad. :smile:

    I am gonna try that sometime... of course on a day that I get to go to the gym though! lol

    I wonder if you could do this with a 100 calorie English muffin. Then the calories wouldn't be that bad.
