Today I weighed in and lost 4.9lbs in a week. As much as I'm happy I'm loosing I'm wondering if its to much. I've been tracking my weight loss to an exact since mid January and its been pretty steady until this week and its a pretty good jump down. I'm really wondering if too much of a loss and if I really need to start eating more?

Here is my weekly weight loss since Jan 16th. Every Monday morning is my weigh in.

UH, I would say if you are nourishing your body and not starving yourself.....good for you! not quite sure what to make of it, my first reaction was a tinge of jealousy. hmmmm

I have logged my weight since I started losing weight a year and a half ago and I can tell you that my experience is that weight loss is not constant. My chart is constantly decreasing, but cycles on how fast the weight is lost about once every 6 weeks or so. I will predict that if you keep doing what you are doing, your weight loss will slow back down, then speed back up and so on. The trick is to keep the average decreasing!

I would stay where you are until it's time to maintain. This weeks weight loss is not your average. Give it a couple more weeks and if you still think it's too much then raise you calories a little.
