Anyone tried JM Ripped in 30?

Hi everyone! I'm new here and this is my first post :)

Just wondering who has tried RI30 by Jillian michaels and what your results were. I just started it, and was wondering if it is sufficient on its own, or if it is more of a DVD that you do in addition to your workout routine. I have a gym membership but it's far so I only go a couple times a week...other days I have been doing this DVD. Is that good enough for results? Or should I go to the gym more often and add the DVD to my routine? I also am watching what I eat!
