Sea World!!!

Had a great time at Sea World this weekend with the family. My boys are now getting old enough to ride the bigger rides. I realized how snug those seats and restraints are!!! I felt so awkward and uncomfortable when my boys said, Dad...I hope you fit. Not a very nice feeling, but the truth is that kids speak the truth. I am 35 years old and truely out of shape. I have used MFP before and it realy helped. I lost about 30 pounds...but then I got lazy. I recently rejoined and I'm gonna do my best to kick butt!!! Weight loss is not an easy thing to accomplish, but with support and encuoragement....any thing can happen!!!

    Planning a trip to Sea World (San Diego) next Month. My son will be 5, so I hope it he had a good time. I can't wait until I get smaller so that I can fit in rides "comfortably" again. I'm also about 6'3", so shoulder harnesses can still be a pain. :)
