exercise vs menstrual pain..what do u do?

hello ladies :) just a quick question for u :)
do u prefer to relax during these days? if not, what kind of exercise u recommend?

    No, I don't. When I slack at all, I am more likely to stop altogether. I used to take it easy, but now I don't. I take some ibuprofen in the morning and then make sure I get in my cardio minimum and my strength-training minimum. I may not push as hard on the cardio, but I get in my minutes and calories. Otherwise, I fall off the wagon.

    I work through it....and I actually find it helps ease the discomfort associated with menstrual pain. I also use a heating pad when I do relax because it helps me a lot....and a lot of the times it ends up on my sore (from working out) upper back and shoulders LOL.
