Just wondering if anyone else is finding it harder to lose the last few pounds.....how do you stay motivated?? I was doing really well in the beginning, but now it seems like the last 10 or so pounds want to stick around!! What have you guys been doing to lose your last unwanted pounds that are being stubborn??

I've been in the same boat for about 2 months. My weight seems to fluctuate 5 lbs in either direction. I keep trying new things to break the plateau. My latest attempt is doing calorie cycling. Just started so I'm not sure if its right for me.

I seriously have been working at these last ten pounds for what feels like FOREVER! So I'm trying to mix up my routine, vary the amount of calories I eat....anything to revamp! I lost two...they stayed off for awhile then they came back...its a lose some gain some battle!! :)

Yes!! It took me almost as long to lose those last pesky 5 lbs as it did to lose the first 25 lbs!!

I just took it one day at a time and just kept exercising and eating healthy and tried not to care so much about the scale (as I was weight training and eating under my calorie goal - I just wanted to be healthy and not stress about 5 stupid lbs). Right now I'm fluctuating within 2 lbs of my goal weight, I hit goal and then fluctuated a little. Just keep working and hang in there!!

It mostly comes down to diet.

I don't think I have "weight" to lose but I would like to replace fat with some muscle, and I realize the only way I can do that is to keep my exercise regimen the same and replace sugars/carbohydrates with protein.
