Starting again Tomorrow

Hi
Had Easter tried to be good, couldn't, so gave up. I'd been dieting for a few months, sticking to calories (1200 per day) then putting it up to 1400 per day when I was stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks. I had been writing everything down, working out at the gym and not seeing much inprovement. (A lot of my weight loss happened within the first few days of starting my diet.
Now I am starting again, hopefully this time with a bit more success. I would like to lose a stone in the next 14 weeks, not impossible to normal people but for some reason my body seems to be extremely effecient at hanging on to every bit of fat it can.
Good luck to anyone else who is climbing back on the wagon tomorrow.
