Through this process with MFP I am really learning about foods and ingredients. I have my few routines but I am looking to mix it up.
I would love to hear about everyone's favority HEALTHY foods or meals. Snack foods, easy meals, whatever works. Please tell me what your favorites are!! And please keep them HEALTHY!!
Example: my absolute favorite fruit is fresh pineapple. I love it!

- Cheese - Just a brick of cheese. I love eating a chunk of cheese
- Russet Potatoes or Red New Potatoes - Favourite dish from this is either roasted potatoes or twice-baked potato
- Hamburgers
- NY Strip, Top Sirloin, Ribeye, and Flank - Any way you make steak, it's the best
- 70% dark chocolate (milk tastes mediocre)
- Dark Chocolate Kit-Kat Chunky
- Broccoli with mornay sauce
- Asparagus
- Any type of white bread
- Lentil, omega-3 pasta or white pasta
- Tex-mex Tacos0 -
apple slices with a tablespoon of almond butter or pecans sprinkled with a teaspoon of brown sugar and oven roasted

I'm obsessed with eggs for breakfast now, over easy on a piece of dry health nut toast or scrambled with mozzarella, portabello mushrooms, garlic and chives.
Sweet potatoes, stab em a few times and nuke them in the microwave.
Canned tuna with relish and mustard. With a tomato chopped up in there, best lunch ever.
Also, Barilla whole grain omega-3 angel hair pasta.)
