I work at a camp that is 100% Nut Free over the summer.
The food is all made on the camp site - and while yummy, isn't good for any weight loss plan.
They have fried food every day pretty much. I work with 3-5 year olds, so there is only so much they will eat.
Last summer I brought protein shakes and that worked out, but I got sick of them after a while.
I want to alternate between shakes and bars for lunch during the week for camp.. but a lot of bars have peanut butter in them.
I was just wondering if anyone here knows of protein bars that are safe to have around people with nut allergies?
