New to MFP - any Canadians/Ontarians around?

Hey all,
My name is Brittany, I'm 24 and trying to whip myself back into shape. I'd like to get back to my pre-desk job weight, which was around 115lbs, but the number doesn't really matter much to me. Mostly, I just really miss feeling healthy, strong and self-confident. I went from being insanely busy throughout University, to a pretty sedentary lifestyle working 8 hours at a desk; with an hour commute each way. That's ten hours of just sitting five days a week!!!!
I do play indoor floor hockey once a week, which is a lot of fun and has allowed me to meet new people and make new friends My boyfriend and I also started Krav Maga, an Israeli form of self defence. We had our first class last week (TWO HOURS!!!) and our second one tonight. It's intense, it's difficult, but it also makes me feel amazingly strong and like my old kick boxing self! I also think I will be starting the couch to 5k program, along with a weight lifting/strength training circuit twice a week - I just want to be active at least 5 times a week!!!
The hardest part of this whole process is going to be the food part. For the most part, I'm a healthy eater - I love veggies and fruit and I don't eat a lot of red meat. My downfall is that I love cheese, pasta, potatoes, and especially - CHIPS. Also pizza. I also don't enjoy prepping and cooking meals - I tend to be ravenous by the time I get home from work and I don't want to wait an hour while I put together a meal. Nor do I enjoy making a full meal if it's just for me (my boyfriend works nights a few times a week). So it's normal for me to throw in a pizza, or quickly make a grilled cheese sandwich. Not the healthiest choices...
Anyway, all that just to say that I'm looking to find other people who are trying to get healthy and can help support and motivate me to continue on this healthy journey! I definately need it!!!!
